ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once you’ve completed your purchase, we will send you an Order Confirmation email.
Please check your junk mail or spam folders if you can’t find it. Otherwise, contact customer service via our Contact Us form and we will be able to re-send your confirmation email to you for your reference.

EXCHANGING AN ITEM

We are unable to offer exchanges unless the item ordered is faulty or a different size is needed (rings only). If you would like to exchange an item you will need to return the original order for a refund, and place a new order.

Any returned orders must be sent back within 60 days of receipt. We cannot accept responsibility for any returned orders that have not followed the process above. Please note that unidentified returns will be returned to the sender and will not be refunded.

CHANGING YOUR ORDER

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or amend orders once they have been placed.

Can I combine discounts code?

A limit of one (1) discount may be applied to each order. If a second discount code is applied, our system will automatically select the better deal and the other discount will not be applied. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with free shipping discount codes, referral credit, referral codes or any other type of discount. V THE LABEL have the right to hold and or cancel orders that use more than one discount code.

PERSONALISED ITEMS

Only selected products can be engraved. Please see our personalised collection for all complimentary engraved pieces.

Please allow 7-10 working days to deliver (excluding weekends) for engraved items. Orders that have both a personalised and non-personalised item cannot be split into two separate shipments.

Please note that any engraved pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable (unless faulty).

What happens if I refuse my shipment?

Should you choose to refuse the delivery of your order to avoid duties and taxes or if you change your mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee charged to V The Label. Keep in mind that this amount is dependent on your country. If you want to make any adjustments to your address, please be sure to reach out to us at hello@vthelabel.com before your order is dispatched.

Is signature needed and can you ship to a PO Box, APO or FPO address?

All DHL shipments (excluding Australia Post) require a signature upon delivery so we do not ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.

Will I be charged duties and taxes?

International shipments: there may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that we do not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.
