Do I have to pay Duties and Taxes?

While we will happily ship worldwide, please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs or import duties once the order reaches its destination country. We do not cover the cost of import duties and taxes, so you will be responsible for these. As import duties and taxes vary from country to country, we recommend you contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

Signed For

Please bear in mind that all deliveries need to be signed for, so you’ll need to make sure there will be someone at the delivery address. If you are not present when your parcel is delivered, the courier company will leave a calling card and you will be able to reschedule your delivery for a more convenient time.

Can I change/cancel my order once placed?

Once an order has been placed we are unable to make any changes or cancel your orders.

Only certain products can be engraved. Please see our personalised collection for all engravable products and refer to each product's description for more information. Engravement is free of charge!

Please note, engraved items are non-returnable / non-refundable (unless faulty).

An additional 3 business days is required for engraved pieces. Please refer to our shipping guide for more information.
